“I recently participated in the Firestorm fitcamps! Fall Transformation Challenge and had some great results! The eleven week program incorporated exercise and healthy eating under the direction of Steve Payne. Steve provided a ton of supportive materials, weekly videos and lots and lots of inspiration and motivation. He was genuinely concerned with my success which kept me going week after week. I started the eleven week program at Firestorm fitcamps! with a lot of apprehension because I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to complete even part of a class. The routines are very challenging, but the best part is the support that Steve provides each and every morning. You never do the same routine twice with each workout incorporating a combination of cardio/weight/resistance/core. I could literally feel myself getting stronger each day. The other folks in the class are terrific. There is a great sense of camaraderie and even though the workouts are done individually, the team spirit is all around. It is great fun! How many times can you actually call a workout fun? The sense of satisfaction after completing the class is a great feeling.”
“I would describe myself as one of those people that has always had struggles with weight. When I was working I never seemed to “have the time” to workout. I really enjoy food and had totally let myself get out of shape. I enjoy being active and working out, but I had let myself take those things out of my daily routine.
